JOB PURPOSE
Are you a qualified winemaker seeking a different challenge that will put your analytical and interpersonal skillsets to the test? This new position has a strong social focus on the development of individuals in South African Wine Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible to identify, analyse, plan, deliver and evaluate job related training and development requirements for operational employees within the South African Wine Industry

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Formally Qualified Winemaker at a recognised training institute in South Africa or abroad.

 
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years Winemaking Experience. Training (In-Service) / facilitation / presentation experience essential

Fully bilingual and fluent in Afrikaans and English

 

JOB SPECIFICATION

 

Accurate identification and analysis of  learning needs in the SA Wine Industry

Course delivery plans and customised operational training materials in place

Structured and targeted  learning/coaching

Facilitation of formal learning courses (Short Courses, Workshops and Accredited Training)

Responsible for fair, valid and reliable assessments

Continuous evaluation and improvement of courses

Effective teamwork and self-management

 

This is the ideal position for an individual who enjoys a fast paced environment and who has strong interpersonal skills. There will always be new challenges which will be encountered in this position which will require you to be proactive in your approach to your job.

Willing to travel to Wine Regions for Training and Facilitation with own transport
